Maximum machining dimension for hardware parts

The biggest stroke for CNC machines is 800*500*500mm and the smallest stroke is 200*150*150mm. Besides CNC machines, we also have hand or automatic lathes, wire cutting machines, electrical discharge machines (EDM), grinding machines,milling machines.

Qualification for hardware parts

Honpe prototyping applies below common material like Aluminum AL6061, AL6061-T6, AL6063, AL6082, AL5052, AL5083, AL7075, ADC12, die cast aluminum, stainless steel and copper material. Normally the material can be welded and do some surface finishes such as oxidization, electroplating and painting ect.
